ThetaRank provides informational and analytical tools only. ThetaRank does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Options trading involves substantial risk and may not be appropriate for every investor.

4. Market data and calculations

Market data, pricing, rankings, projections, calculations, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. ThetaRank does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any information displayed through the service.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or redistribute protected data, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
